Pensacola Beach Weddings is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

   What we collect

We only collect information through the “Information Sheet” that we send after you have made a deposit, and through our methods of communication with you.

   Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

   Controlling your personal information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

   Refunds

Our policy is to refund $50 unless the wedding/renewal is canceled within two weeks of the wedding/renewal date, at which time we are under no obligation to refund your deposit. Additionally, if items in your package have been ordered from third parties, in good faith, we ask that the amounts that have been expended are paid to us by the wedding/renewal client.

   Changes to Packages and Services 

We secure those things that have been requested well in advance of each event. If changes are made within one month of any event that represents a deletion of a product or service, no adjustment on the final balance will be made. If additional product or services are asked for, and are available, the fees for these products and services will be added to the final balance. 

   In case of inclement weather

We can't help it any more than you can if Mother Nature gets cute just in time for your wedding. We don't wait until the last minute to secure the details that we're going to provide for your event.  Therefore, no refunds will be given if the weather doesn't cooperate with us. 

   

   Partners

We partner with a few carefully selected complementary businesses that we feel may be useful to our couples. If you purchase from them, we receive a small finders fee. This presents no additional cost to you.
